LIGHTKEEPER’S STAYS (Monday – Thursday)

 

Guests staying during the weekdays (Mon. – Thurs) will enjoy the nighttime opportunity to see the Lighthouse and Third Order Fresnel lens after dark.  Guests are encouraged to walk to the Lighthouse where they can be mesmerized by the Fresenl lens “lightshow”.  The next morning, guests will enjoy waking to the sounds of the roiling surf and sea lion barking as they frolic in the nearby waves.  Rich, hot, Lightkeepers coffee is available every morning at 7:30 in the beautiful dining room, where guest meet and chat as the sun creeps over the eastern hills and the fog recedes from landfall.  This is an opportunity to see the historic light station in the early morning and a prime time to see hunting raptors and numerous species of birds.  Check-out is 10:00.

 

 

INTERPRETATIVE STAY (Friday – Sunday)

 

Guests joining us for a weekend interpretative stay will begin their Lighthouse adventure by joining us for wine and hors d’oeuvres each afternoon between 4:00 – 5:30.  Each morning, while relaxing with organic Lightkeeper’s coffee, or specialty teas, you senses will be awaken to the delectable aromas of freshly baked pastries, scones, or breads from the Keeper’s kitchen.  These wonderful smells are only a prelude to a delicious and hearty five-course gourmet breakfast.  Our chefs graciously adjust daily breakfast menus to meet our guest’s dietary needs and restrictions.  Although menus will vary with the seasons, our breakfasts are lovingly created for our guests and feature high-quality, organically grown products from our community’s gardens and ranches.  Interpretative guests may take a private history tour of the Lighthouse and grounds after breakfast on one of the mornings of their stay.  Check-out is 11:00.

 

 

 

Inn Accommodation Packages Information

 

The Lighthouse Inn at Point Cabrillo welcomes guests year-round.  Room Rates are based upon the Accommodation Package selected by the guests.  Rates noted do not include county taxes (11%), and rates may change without prior notice.

Lighthouse Inn accommodation packages: Lightkeeper’s Stay (Monday - Thursday) or the Interpretative Stay (Friday – Sunday, two-day minimum).   The Lightkeepers Stay includes the selected room and morning coffee.  The Interpretative Stay includes the selected room, wine & hors d’oeuvres each afternoon, a five-course gourmet breakfasts each morning, and a private Lighthouse tour.

 

Accommodation Packages Room Rates & Information.

 

 

Single and double occupancy only (maximum of two people per room.  To ease check-in/departures, full payment is charge to all credit cards on the first day of the month of the guest’s reservation.  Reservation by check will be confirmed upon receipt of check. 

 

Check-in is between 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.  Late arrivals (after 6 p.m. must be arranged in advance with the Innkeepers for keys and orientation.  Early check-in cannot be accommodated; the Inn is located within a state park with day-use pedestrian access only).

 

As hard as it will be to leave this wonderful place, check-out is 10 a.m. (Monday – Thursday), and 11:00 a.m. (Friday – Sunday).

 

The Lighthouse Inn is designed and operated for an adult clientele seeking a tranquil atmosphere, and therefore not suitable for children under 15 years of age.   We love animals, but they cannot be accommodated during your stay.  We do allow service animals in the cottages only.

 

Cancellation policy:

With 7-day notice (14 day notice for multiple rooms) refund less $25 service fee.

Within 7 days of arrival (14 for multiple rooms), refund available, if room is re-rented, less a $25 service fee.

All cancellations must be confirmed by telephone contact with the Innkeeper/ representative.
